These terms cover our website and invite-only creative studio. A paid project starts with a separate written scope, not a click on a preview.
About the service
This website is operated by Klein Kabaal Labs (Pty) Ltd, Pretoria, South Africa. Contact hello@kleinkabaal.co.za with questions or complaints. Use the studio only if you are 18 or older and authorised to provide the business information and materials you submit.
Concepts, not automatic launches
The studio produces exploratory names, brand directions, website previews, artwork and reel storyboards. It does not register a company or domain, establish trademark rights, publish your website, create bookings or take payments. Domain results labelled simulated are not live availability checks. A storyboard or preview is not a finished, hosted video. Check the stated status of each feature.
AI needs human review
AI can make mistakes and produce material similar to other people’s work. Review facts, translations, claims, accessibility and suitability before use. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection, trademark availability, legal compliance, search rankings or business results. The studio is not legal, tax or other regulated professional advice.
Your content and generated work
You retain rights you already hold in your materials. Give us only content you are entitled to use and permit us and our service providers to process it to deliver your requested service. We do not acquire ownership of your business or existing brand. You may download and use generated concepts, subject to applicable law and third-party rights; AI output may not be unique or protectable. Our own website, brand and underlying software remain ours or our licensors’.
Invite codes and acceptable use
Invited testing has no checkout or automatic charge. Codes have limited allowances and expiry dates; forwarded codes share access and allowance, including access to generated artwork. Generation attempts may count even when the provider fails. Do not publish codes, bypass limits, probe other users’ content, upload unlawful material or disrupt the service. We may restrict access to prevent abuse, control costs or maintain the service.
Paid work and third-party services
Submitting a brief does not commit either party to a paid engagement. Before paid work begins, we will agree the scope, price, payment schedule, deliverables, ownership, support and cancellation terms in writing and provide the applicable supplier details. Domains, hosting, messaging and other external services may carry separate charges and terms. Links to DRESSEY, Honor the Hunt or other websites take you to services with their own terms and privacy notices.
Availability and responsibility
The testing service may change, pause or become unavailable. Save the outputs you wish to keep; a preview is not a backup service. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes rights under applicable South African consumer or privacy law.
Privacy, questions and changes
Read our privacy policy before using AI generation. South African law applies, without limiting mandatory rights or access to an appropriate regulator or court. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns. Updates will carry a new date; material changes will be brought to your attention. Separate signed project agreements continue to govern the work they cover.
